Scholarships for Girls in Coding by ICK and Coding Dojo

Jumpstart your new career. Become a software developer in 16 weeks through Coding Dojo’s Online Bootcamp. Twelve (12) scholarships in value of $100,000 are available for women and girls of Kosovo. Scholarships are powered by Coding Dojo, ICK and supported by GIZ Kosovo, Embassy of Sweden in Kosovo and Ministry of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Coding Dojo, based in the US, is the world’s biggest online learning platform for coding. Coding Dojo strives for teaching students the most up-to-date programming technologies through effective methods. Their dynamic curriculum has been refined and optimized over the last ten years by their founding members-a team of seasoned software developers and tech executives. A few places where Coding Dojo alumni work, include Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, IBM, UBER, LinkedIn, Cisco, HP, Tesla, eBay and more.

For the third year in a row, Coding Dojo in partnership with the Innovation Centre Kosovo is offering 12 full-covered scholarships for women and girls from Kosovo, who aspire ICT as their future career. We offer a curriculum matched to local and international job demand. The Online Bootcamp (Part-Time) will offer candidates from Kosovo a smooth transition to a career in development, without quitting day jobs. It consists of 16 weeks, 20-25 hours of structured teaching per week, live mentorship, instructions and collaboration with real instructors and class-mates. All from the comfort of ICK’s training rooms. Anyone can learn to code, but the path to becoming a developer isn’t easy. Students are required to dedicate at least 20-25 hours/week to the part-time Bootcamp.
