The official name of the event “Business Tuesday” is based on the practice of similar events being organized in Scandinavia. The event is organized in the premises of ICK and is based on business dialogue and gathers the representatives of public and business communities.
Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK) organized the second Business Tuesday that is a meeting place for Kosovo entrepreneurs and companies with a focus on IT and innovation – that seek market opportunities, clients, partners, investors and above all networking and communication. The second Business Tuesday was held on October 2nd 2012 from 15:00 to 18:00 hours for the first time at the ICK premises and the topic of this event was “Business Incubator” – that offered more insights on what the ICK Incubator offers, its benefits for the businesses, which Kosovo companies are currently present at the Incubator and more information on graduation networking.
With the official opening of Innovation Centre Kosovo on 28th of June 2012, the ICK Incubator has continued to further develop and establish connections with new companies and house them in pre-incubation and incubation.
The participating companies at the “Business Tuesday” presented their current services and products developed in the Kosovo market, so the business community and service providers in Kosovo and from the region can connect and establish a professional dialogue.
During Business Tuesday the business community had the opportunity to talk about the process of incubation and the benefits of participating in such a program. Business Tuesday is organized on the basis of regional business dialogue.
Currently the ICK Incubator has 9 teams – 5 in incubation and 4 in the pre-incubation phase. Athene Prosjektledelse, Norway and Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology (STIKK), are the founders of ICK, and Crimson Capital, Kosovo is the main cooperating partner.
