The TechEco Pathways Program, brought to you by the Innovation Centre Kosovo, is funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency aims to contribute to sustainable economic growth in Kosovo by addressing critical skill gaps in the renewable energy and ICT sectors.

This project fosters a culture of innovation and promotes gender equality through targeted training and development programs. The initiative prepares young graduates, particularly women, for immediate employment, enhances their employability, and supports local industry growth by providing a skilled workforce. The program spans 24 months and includes three key activities to achieve its objectives: GreenTech Pathways: Cultivating Skills for Kosovo’s Sustainable Future; DevelopHer Kosova: Empowering Women in Technology; and Innovation Challenges.
