The aim of the 2nd edition of the investment readiness study report is to follow up and assess the state of startup businesses and analyze the recent trends in the ICT industry and cross-sectoral linkages. Additionally, the report summarizes crucial information on the ICT sector's development and Kosovo's startup ecosystem, including diaspora linkages, export potential, and investment readiness. The report attempts to gather the attention of policymakers, the private sector, investors, and international organizations in supporting the startup ecosystem and prioritizing its human capital development.

This report is part of the project: “Strengthening the development and growth of the ICT ecosystem and other cross-sectoral industries to promote Kosovo as a country with great market potential” - funded by the USAID Kosovo Compete Activity, financed by USAID and implemented by Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK).
