Each day of the bootcamp program will feature international and local experts who will address topics critical to the development of successful enterprises. This is a
antastic opportunity for someone with an idea, or with little experience to get involved in learning what the process is to starting a business.The program experience helps entrepreneurs understand what it’s going to take to make their startup a success. The bootcamp framework will provide opportunities to network and connect with successful business owners, potential investors and sector related professionals.
The total value of the workshop is 800€, but given that the program is dedicated to early stage startups who are
candidates to become part of the ICK incubator the participation is free of charge.
By the end of the bootcamp, entrepreneurs will either want to continue with their startup idea based on what
they’ve learned or they may decide that their idea is not compatible with the market demand.

Growth Hacking: Adrian Zettel-Singh
Adrian is the CEO and Academic Director at The Growth base, a Founding Partner at The Ventury, Head of Content & Social Media at Austrian Startups, University Lecturer and Speaker for Growth Hacking and Digital Marketing, and a mentor at various accelerators and incubators. He has consulted 300+ startups, has been directly involved in the foundation of 4 companies so far and enjoys nothing more than seeing a successful growth strategy come to life.
Pitch & Presentation Skills: Nina Dusic Hren
Nina is a psychologist, entrepreneur and soft skills coach. She help business leaders and employees improve their public speaking, communication and sales skills. In her organisation, Dober stik (Good Connection), she spends days running educations, facilitating workshops and organising event. She is also a consultant and trainer at Professional Training & Coaching company Grow Adriatik.
Financial Management: Leonora Kusari
Leonora joined EBRD in March 2005. She is working as National Programme Manager at EBRD Small Business Support Team, responsible for delivery of SBS activities in Kosovo, including developing annual business plans and leading the local team to achieve them. Previously, she worked for international companies such as: British American Tobacco, Nestle, Coca-Cola etc. as well as at local projects of international agencies. Leonora is graduated economist in Management and Informatics from University of Prishtina.
Entrepreneurship & Investment: Alejtin Berisha
Alejtin is a serial entrepreneur, educator and investor; the Founder of Finnish Schools International, an innovative and disruptive K-12 school network and concept and Co-Founder and CEO of Universum College. Alejtin is also co-founded iziSurvey, an offline and online surveying platform mainly catering to Academia and Kosovo Business Angels Network (KOSBAN), the winner of the most promising Business Angel Network in SEE (WBAF 2014). He taught entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation in several universities around the world and am the former National Team Leader for Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM).
