Carlo is a highly experienced senior executive with over 30 years of experience at global level in High-Tech, Industrial Automation, Healthcare and Chemicals industry.

Throughout his professional career, he has served as Member of the Board and C.O.O. at DATALOGIC, Senior Vice President Global Supply Chain in ALSTOM Power. Furthermore, he was engaged as Global Director Supply Chain for the plastics business at Dow Chemical, Vice President Global Supply Chain at Novartis and, Chief Procurement Officer at Alcoa Europe. Carlo led the Alcoa Europe requisition-to-payment organization and more recently at Rio Tinto Alcan Packaging, he was the Global Vice President for Supply Chain.
Currently, he is the General Manager at MACOA GmbH, teaches Operations Management at the MBA of the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing (PRC)
He is member of the Institute of Directors in London (UK).

His main area of focus is investments in High-Tech companies which hold patents.

Carlo graduated from the University of Mechanical Engineering (Italy) and holds a post-graduate degree in Management from the University of Oxford (UK).
