The "Invest for Change" (2025-2029), is a program which aims to strengthen the social economy and impact investment ecosystem across the Western Balkans, by improving access to finance, building capacities of impact-driven businesses, and fostering regional collaboration and policy dialogue.

Led by Impact Europe in partnership with local ecosystem actors, the initiative addresses long-standing gaps in financing, awareness, and support for social enterprises and purpose-driven businesses.

By combining financial and non-financial support, developing impact investor communities, and engaging policymakers at national and EU levels, the project seeks to enable social enterprises to scale their impact and contribute to inclusive, green, and sustainable economic growth.

The action will be implemented across Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, supporting social enterprises, business support organizations, investors, and public institutions to build a more resilient and connected impact ecosystem in the region.
