Кyrylo Khomiakov, a skilled banking and fintech professional with over 15 years of experience, joined Binance in 2022, initially taking the helm for the Ukrainian market. He was successful in effectively expanding this area by implementing global marketing strategies and establishing strong ties with government departments and organizations. From January 2023, Кyrylo ascended to oversee the entire Central and Eastern Europe region, and since October 2023, his leadership has extended to the development of Binance across 74 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics, the Balkans, Central Asia and Africa.

Before joining Binance, Кyrylo Khomyakov held senior management positions in an array of banking, financial, and government organizations. With over 15 years of experience in these sectors, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Binance. His previous roles include serving as CEO of the State Agency for Infrastructure Projects of Ukraine and CEO of a blockchain software development company.
