DevelopHer Kosova program is an innovative initiative aimed at empowering young women in Kosovo, by providing them with comprehensive technology training. 

The program aims to address both the high youth unemployment rate in Kosovo and the gender gap in the tech industry by creating female role models with global opportunities.  The program’s mission is to increase female participation in Kosovo’s ICT workforce and increase the employment rate for its graduates. 

This activity is carried out with the support of “Skills for Sustainable Jobs in Kosovo”, a project funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency.

All applicants will be invited to take the exam at Innovation Centre Kosovo. Scholarships will be awarded to those who achieve the best results.

This final exam combines both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to assess everything you’ve learned. To pass, you must attend at least 80% of the classes and score over 80% on the exam, proving your proficiency in both offensive and defensive cybersecurity.
